 How soon will my order be shipped?

Due to the custom nature of our jewelry we usually ship all orders within 3-10 business days. As most items are made to order, production time can vary from item to item. For the most accurate turnaround time please refer to item description of each piece. 

 Is it safe to use my credit card on your site?

Shopping at ZoeLev.com is safe. We use a SSL certificate to ensure all transactions are secured.

 

When will my credit card be charged for my order?

ZoeLev.com charges your card, for the full amount at checkout when your order is placed and confirmation  number is provided.

 

What material do you use?

We use solid 14k gold along with ethically sourced, natural (non lab grown) diamonds and precious stones. We do offer a small collection of Vermeil, Gold Fill and Sterling silver items, please refer to listing description and color options as this will be specified for the available styles. 

*Vermeil is a sterling silver that has been gold dipped, in vermeil the base is sterling silver and has a thicker coat, vs. gold-plated which is anything from steel to brass or copper base, with a very thin gold layer. Proper care must be taken with vermeil as it may turn and show silver after significant wear. 

 How Do I care for my Zoe Lev jewelry? 

To get the longest wear from your piece we recommend a few of the following care tips: 

  • store in a cool, dry place. Jewelry box or pouch is prefered
  • always clasp your items closed when storing to avoid tangles and knots
  • although our 14k gold piece can be exposed to water and various elements without tarnish it is always best to remove when bathing, swimming, working out and participating in any physical activity that may expose your piece to excessive pressure, or force as it may compromise the links, stone setting or scratch your piece. 
  • To keep your Zoe Lev Piece looking its best, we recommend cleaning your items with mild soap and water or with a polishing cloth.

 Vermeil Care

To get the longest wear and most out of your vermeil pieces it is best to avoid exposing it to water, lotions, perfumes, sweat and any type of chemicals. 

  

What if the size of my order (i.e.ring) is wrong?

 We will happily resize it, for a small fee, based on the item you ordered. Email us at info@ZoeLev.com and we will let you know the exact dollar amount prior to you sending it back.

 

 

How do I know when my order has been shipped?

You will receive a confirmation email from us once your order has shipped, You may want to check your SPAM folder as emails have the tendency to be re-directed there from time to time.

 

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we ship internationally to most countries.

 

What forms of payment do you accept?

We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover & American Express for all orders.
