All of our orders are shipped via USPS (ground 3-4 days), FEDEX, or UPS, depend on your choosen shipping method at checkout. The fee is based upon your location and delivery method, this will be calculated in real-time during checkout of your order. We carry some of our jewelry in stock.We do not ship to PO Boxes. Please refer to each individual product description for an accurate time line.
The risk of loss of the item passes to you upon delivery to the carrier chosen by you at checkout. Zoe Lev Jewelry will not be held responsible for lost, stolen, delayed, or marked ''delivered'' shipments after delivery to the shipping carrier. Zoe Lev Jewelry will not be held responsible or liable for your choice of shipping carrier.
Please note that if you choose ''rush order'' at checkout it does not mean it will ship the same day, due to the nature of our jewelry, personalized, and made to order, rush orders typically ship withing half the time line given in each individual product description.
All international orders are welcome. Please choose the international shipping option during checkout and your package will be shipped via USPS priority mail, or FedEx depending of your choice of carrier at checkout. Delivery can take up to 7-20 business days and does not include any delay in customs. The recipient is responsible for all duties and taxes. Zoe Lev Jewelry will ship to the shipping address provide and is not responsible for actual delivery as we have no control over your local county post office.
