Returns or exchanges are only accepted on eligible items that are unworn, in original packaging, and shipped back within 5 days of receiving a return authorization code. Unauthorized returns or returns shipped after 15 days from delivery will not be accepted. Please note that exchanges are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged further. Return Exclusions: We will NOT authorize or accept returns/exchanges of any kind for the following items:

• Personalized: Any piece that includes initials or numbers (single or multiple); engraved items; name necklaces/pendants

There will be an 8% handling and restocking charge for all returns,
additionally service fees will not be refunded (i.e. Shipping and Rush
